Making Wishes Come True

Wisconsin Make-A-Wish Toy Drive

Did you know that every 34 minutes a wish for a child with a critical illness is granted in the U.S.? Founded in 1984, the Wisconsin Make-A-Wish Foundation has been able to grant over 6,200 wishes to children all across the state of Wisconsin. These wishes help children from ages 2 1/2 to 18 years' old that are affected by critical illnesses. In 2018 alone, more than 500 Wisconsin children will be diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition. Currently, over 330 Wisconsin children are in the process of having their wishes come true.

This holiday season, Advanced Dental Care Clinic is hosting our first ever toy drive. The collected donations will go directly to the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help grant wishes. According to a national study, it has been found, that wishes can help improve the children's quality of life as well as their mental and emotional well-being.

To help make these wishes a possibility we are asking for YOUR help! We have set up a box for items to be donated inside our office located at: 62 S. Pleasant View Rd. in Plymouth. Items in need range from coloring books to board games to nerf toys and LEGO sets. More ideas can be found listed on the above picture. All are welcome to donate, whether you are a current patient or not, if you're bringing something along to your appointment, or just wanting to drop something off; we are thankful for any donation!

To show our gratitude we are holding a holiday baking basket raffle! For every item donated, you will get one (1) entry for our raffle; the more donated items, the more entries for our raffle! Items can be donated through Wednesday December 18th, Monday-Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The winner of our holiday baking basket will be announced the end of December!
