We miss you, and hope you are all doing well!
Our team is getting ready to gradually resume our regular services (some exclusions may apply due to the nature of the service), beginning in a couple of weeks. As healthcare providers, our priority is your safety. We strictly follow the American and Wisconsin Dental Associations’ guidelines to provide you with a safe experience, and confidence in receiving your treatment in our clinic. There will be separate medical-grade air purifiers in the treatment rooms, in addition to our filtered AC units. You will notice COVID-19 Style usage of face shields, head covers, face masks and scrubs. We will schedule patients with no time overlap so that it will be just you and our staff in the office. Utilizing the same-day dental technology (most of you have seen it already!), we complete most treatments in only one appointment, which will reduce the number of times we need to schedule our patients. Our sterilization and treatment room disinfection methods remain up to date, as they always have been. That being said, it continues to be very important to promptly address any dental issues that you may have. A small tooth fracture or that on and off tooth sensation may not stay that way for long! Our patient management team will contact you in the coming days to reschedule your missed appointment or make any new appointments that you may need.
